Are 12 steps & 12 traditions considered to be the same thing or are they different? I know what the 12 steps are but if they are different I'd like to also know the 12 traditions.

Looking for an alcohol treatment center for my mom. How can I get her into a center if she doesn't want to go? Can we court order her to go?
